1. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. Specifically, you are strictly prohibited from: (a) using any automated system, including 'robots,' 'spiders,' or 'offline readers,' to access or scrape the Service; (b) accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the Service, including backend APIs, server-side code, or database endpoints without express written acknowledgment and authorization from us; (c) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; and (d) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the software or algorithms used to provide the Service.
2. Proprietary Rights & Anti-Scraping
All content, including AI-generated sentiment analysis, confidence scores, and voting data, is the exclusive property of the platform. We explicitly reserve all rights under the EU AI Act and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The use of our data for the purpose of training machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or any other artificial intelligence system is strictly prohibited without a separate, written commercial license agreement.
3. Unauthorized API Access
Our backend APIs are proprietary and intended solely for use by our official web and mobile clients. Any attempt to intercept, call, or utilize these APIs through third-party tools, scripts, or manual 'curl' requests without prior written acknowledgment is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) or local equivalents.
